Chocolate

Our chocolate does not contain vanillan, an artificial vanilla. Our milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips contain milk fat, our semi-sweet chocolate chips and chunks do not. We also use a pareve dark chocolate and pareve semi-sweet chunks. Pareve means that the chocolate is certified dairy-free.
